Ontario Systems, a leading receivables management technology and services provider, has announced C-suite representatives from three of its top healthcare clients ? GRANT & WEBER, Array Services Group, and State Collection Service ? will participate in a panel discussion at HFMA ANI next week, discussing optimal attributes and expectations for collection agency partnerships.

The panel, spearheaded and assembled by Ontario Systems Chief Compliance Officer Rozanne Andersen, will present on Monday, June 17, and include speakers:

  • Kevin Lonergan, Chief Executive Officer ? GRANT & WEBER
  • Chad Lemke, Chief Operating Officer ? Array Services Group
  • Terry Armstrong, President ? State Collection Service

Timothy Reiner, Vice President of Revenue Management at Adventist Health System will moderate.

?Receivables leaders in the healthcare industry know what they need, what they want, what is possible, and how all three are measured before ever casting an RFP,? said Andersen. ?This panel will teach attendees the right questions to ask of a partner during an evaluation or review, reasonable expectations after selection, and management strategies over the long term. That knowledge can go a long way to ensuring alignment between both margin and mission.?

?Monday?s panel will provide a particularly in-depth focus on patient satisfaction,? Andersen concluded. ?That standard is the one around which all our healthcare clients revolve. We?re excited to hear what the top brass with some of those leaders have to teach us about their own efforts in that pursuit, and we?re excited to continue working with all our customers as they continue to work toward achieving true and total patient satisfaction.?
