Hard Candy Cases, a maker of cases and accessories for Apple phones, laptops and tablets, is moving its headquarters to Jack London Square in Oakland from Danville.
The company leased 4,600 square feeet in 10 Clay St. in a recently renovated office building owned by the Rogers Family Office.

Hard Candy Cases was represented by Ryan Hattersley and Daniel Bisabri of Cushman and Wakefield.
The building is part of the Jack London waterfront, which has undergone a major redevelopment during the past several years led by Ellis Partners LLC. The area is managed by Jack London
Square Ventures, a partnership between majority owner Divco West and minority owner, Ellis Partners.

Another tenant, California Association of Public Hospitals (CAPH), a policy and advocacy group for California?s public hospitals and operator of the California Health Care Safety Institute, recently expanded in to 7,700 square feet and renewed its lease for five years in 70 Washington St.
A new artisan pizza restaurant, the Forge, is expected to open later this month.
